Complete project management of the complicated entitlement process which includes not only entitlement research and evaluation, but integrated leadership of the various parties involved in the entitlement process, such as land use attorneys, architects, City staff, and project team.
Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of the critical team members for each project. Our teambuilding can include a formal “Request For Proposal” process or a targeted project specific approach leveraging existing CSW relationships.
Project Approvals & Permits
Manage and coordinate the Design Team and Sub-Consultant’s interaction with municipality and regulatory agency staff to secure project approvals and permits on time and on budget.
Environmental, CEQA & NEPA
Documentation/ Compliance We will guide you and your project through the complex and often overlapping maze of environmental regulation and oversight. We have extensive experience in new construction, adaptive re-use, mitigation/ preservation bank creation, and placement of conservation easements.
Overall project and team coordination and client and investor reporting from feasibility to final inspection.

Confidential review of existing documents, reports, correspondence, and design work for clients who think they could benefit form an objective third party evaluation of their projects progress to date and outlook for the future.
